BRIDGES

BRIDGES are neighborhood hubs located in 10 areas throughout Palm Beach County, each operated by a local nonprofit. Community Partners of South Florida operates five of the BRIDGES locations. BRIDGES are gathering places that connect local families to community resources so more children are born healthy, remain free from abuse and neglect, are ready for kindergarten, and have increased access to quality afterschool and summer programs. Visit www.bridgesofpbc.org to see monthly calendars and success stories. BRIDGES is an initiative of the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County that helps parents raise children to be healthy, safe, and strong.
