Kelly Powell
Since 2009, Kelly Powell-Evans has served CPSFL as our Safe Kids Coordinator and Program Director. In January 2020, Kelly earned a promotion to Vice President of Community Services, where she guided and directed six BRIDGES initiatives operated by CPSFL in partnership with Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, focusing on connecting the child, family and neighborhood to the community-at-large.
In March 2021, Kelly became our Chief Operating Officer, in August 2023, Kelly was promoted to Executive Vice President, then in October 2023 she became CEO of Community Partners of South Florida.
In her 20-year role as a National Child Passenger Safety Technician Instructor, Kelly has been preventing injuries throughout Florida. Kelly worked closely with the Florida Booster Seat Coalition to pass the booster seat state law. She is a member of the Florida Safe Kids Advisory Board, the Florida Occupant Protection Coalition, the Florida Child Fatality Review Team, and the Florida Injury Prevention Advisory Council’s Public Information, Education and Relations Committee, where she’s been instrumental in developing a child passenger safety program for ambulance transportation.
In 2018 Kelly was selected for the Safe Kids Worldwide President’s Advisory Council and served on the Network and Advocacy Team. In 2019, she was selected as the Coordinator of the International Consortium for Children in Autonomous Vehicles, Public Information and Education team to help develop guidelines to inform legislation, policy, enforcement, education and best practices and ensure the safety of child passengers. Kelly is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County Engage, and is recognized county-wide for her innovative approach to leadership.
Originally from Midlothian, Virginia, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She has worked with the University of Virginia and the National Tribal Technical Assistance Program as a subject matter expert for motor vehicle injury prevention.
She and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time in nature with their young adult daughters.
Mira Zhivkova, SPHR
Mira Zhivkova is a dynamic and performance-driven professional with a passion for strategic leadership and empathetic, people-focused management. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for transforming business visions into performance-enhancing organizational strategies and empowering teams with a unique understanding and appreciation of the diverse strengths each team members brings.
Joining Community Partners of South Florida as Director of HR in 2021, Mira's journey encompasses both profit and non-profit industries, and involves spearheading operations, managing complex projects, and driving organizational growth. She takes pride in her proven success in HR, change management, process optimization, and fostering diversity and inclusion. She passionate about crafting out-of-the-box solutions and harnessing technology for innovative problem-solving.
Beyond the professional arena, Mira is dedicated to community impact. Volunteering and participating in community initiatives reflect her commitment to social responsibility, aiming to make a positive impact beyond the workplace. Mira believes in the power of collaboration and shared knowledge, and actively engages in mentorship programs and networking events, fostering meaningful professional relationships.
As a firm believer in lifelong learning, she is always exploring new opportunities for continuous education, embracing the ever-evolving landscape of leadership and industry trends.
Outside of work, Mira finds balance through yoga and mindfulness practices, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Moreover, her passion for travel exploration allows her to experience new cultures and gain diverse perspectives, adding a unique dimension to her personal and professional growth.
Natalie O'Hara
Natalie O’Hara joined CPSFL in 2022 and served as a Senior Staff Accountant and Director of Financial Services before earning a promotion to Chief Financial Officer in July 2023. She delights in using her professional skills to support mission-driven organizations. Before joining CPSFL, Natalie provided financial oversight and strategic leadership in several different capacities within the nonprofit sector.
Natalie brings a detailed and strategic mindset to her role, providing clarity and insight that promotes sound financial management. She is a licensed CPA with a Master of Professional Accounting from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Oral Roberts University.
Natalie was born and raised in Florida and has lived in South Florida for over 25 years. Natalie, her husband and their three children enjoy weekly family game nights and local travel. In her free time, she enjoys reading, nature walks, and preparing tasty food.
Jaime-Lee Bradshaw
Jaime-Lee Bradshaw, who recently celebrated 15 years with Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL), serves as their Chief Strategy Officer. She first joined CPSFL as the director of BRIDGES, a neighborhood resource center in Palm Beach County, Florida. Over the past 15 years, Jaime has served as the BRIDGES Director of Highland and the Vice President of Community Services before taking on her current role.
Jaime's career includes supporting youth in the criminal justice system, working as an emergency housing case manager, an after-school director, and a consultant for a local early childhood funder. In her current role, she supports CPSFL's strategic goals and oversees ‘Amplifying Impact,’ which provides consulting services such as conference support, community engagement, leadership efforts, meeting facilitation, and capacity building for public and nonprofit sectors including serving as the Coordinator of the NeighborWorks® Florida Collaborative supporting the twelve (12) NeighborWorks® chartered organizations amplifying their local and statewide impact.
Through her work in community building and engagement, Jaime has built strong relationships with local, regional, state, and national partners, including NeighborWorks America®, where she served on the Community Initiatives Advisory Council for six years. She, more recently, serves on the National NeighborWorks Association, advocating for housing and economic opportunities nationwide.
Originally from Barbados, Jaime moved to Palm Beach County in 1987. She is a passionate advocate for CPSFL's vision, engaging residents in all aspects of community programs and projects. Jaime holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of North Florida and is an alumnus of Leadership Palm Beach County and the Nonprofits First Rising Leaders program. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, both locally and abroad.
Dr. Kaisha Thomas
Dr. Kaisha Thomas joined CPSFL as Vice President of Child and Family Mental Health Services, bringing over 20 years of expertise in mental health and addiction treatment. Her extensive background spans clinical leadership, program development, and strategic oversight in both non-profit and for-profit sectors. Dr. Thomas has a deep passion for working with diverse populations, including families, individuals navigating addiction, and clients with co-occurring mental health conditions.
Dr. Thomas earned a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, specializing in Medical Family Therapy and Health Care Systems, along with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and in Dance/Movement Therapy. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Sex Therapist (CST), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE). These credentials underscore her commitment to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for children, families, and individuals.
In addition to her clinical and operational expertise, Dr. Thomas has made significant contributions to academia. She has served as a Part-Time Faculty member at Capella University’s School of Counseling & Human Services since 2012 and has been a qualified supervisor for the State of Florida for the past 19 years. Her teaching and mentoring at both Master’s and Ph.D. levels highlight her dedication to advancing the mental health field and developing the next generation of professionals.
At CPSFL, Dr. Thomas oversees programs designed to improve outcomes for children and families facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Her commitment to enhancing mental health services aligns with CPSFL’s mission to change the odds for children and families.
Originally from New York, Dr. Thomas is excited to bring her experience, passion, and leadership to CPSFL. As a graduate of the Juilliard School of Performing Arts, it is no surprise that in her free time, she enjoys attending the performing arts. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Kenyon Link
Kenyon Link is the Director of Community Services at Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) in Palm Beach County, Florida. Driven by a desire to see communities thrive, Kenyon has devoted his professional life to serving the needs of Palm Beach County's children and families.
Kenyon has lived in Palm Beach County for almost two decades and received his B.A. in Marketing from Howard University. Since graduation, he has worked as a life coach, a child protective investigator, a housing coordinator, a community outreach manager, and the Director of BRIDGES at Riviera Beach.
With years of experience and proven success in producing results through community engagement and empowerment, Kenyon is committed to building meaningful relationships and partnerships with residents, local elected officials, business owners, and stakeholders.
As Vice President of Community Services, Kenyon oversees the BRIDGES initiative, the Teen Outreach Program (TOP), Mentoring, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) and Safe Kids. Kenyon helps to develop, guide, and direct community initiatives that CPSFL manages in partnership with Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County, United Way of Palm Beach County and Youth Service of Palm Beach County that focus on connecting the child, family and neighborhood to the community-at-large.
Kenyon is a proud Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity member and an active member of the West Palm Beach Alumni Chapter. He also serves as a Board Member and President of his neighborhood association. He is a Nonprofits First 2021 Rising Leaders class graduate.
Kenyon enjoys spending time with his family, photography, and working out in his free time.
Lynda Charles
Lynda Charles started with CPSFL in September 2016 as the vice president of housing services. She has served as a planner with Palm Beach County Housing and Community Development, a senior program officer and chief underwriter for the South Florida Local Initiatives Support Corporation, the principal creator of Neighborhood-Based Developers and Consultants, and as the deputy director of the Haitian American Community Development Corporation in Miami.
With an ability to effectively and creatively shift her professional mindset, Lynda oversees CPSFLs homeownership promotion and preservation, financial capability, supportive housing, and lending services. Lynda has decades of extensive experience in planning, monitoring, supervising, and implementing housing and community redevelopment projects. Her expertise includes working with and providing technical assistance to Community Development Corporations (CDCs) and Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). Lynda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
Originally from Haiti, Lynda speaks fluent Creole and conversational French. She moved to Miami almost 30 years ago and later relocated to Boca Raton to attend FAU. She says she loves the team atmosphere that she and her housing staff have been able to create at CPSFL. In her spare time, Lynda enjoys traveling, reading, and watching lots of exciting police shows on television.
Renee Constantino
Renee Constantino joined Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) in August 2022. She began her career in the field of alcohol and drug abuse, where she was responsible for certifying professionals and led the development of the Certified Prevention Professional program.
She has held several significant roles, including Vice President for Community Investment at the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties, Manager of Planning and Evaluation for Palm Beach County's Department of Community Services, and Director of Quality Assurance at Families First of Palm Beach County. Additionally, Ms. Constantino has served as a grants reviewer for the Office of Community Services of the Federal government and remains actively involved with local nonprofits.
Ms. Constantino holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a minor in Japanese Language from Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration in Administration and Human Resources. At CPSFL, she oversees the Quality Improvement department and has led projects such as successful reaccreditation by the Council on Accreditation. She collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance the services provided by CPSFL to clients in Palm Beach County.
Ms. Constantino has lived in various countries, having been born into an Air Force family. She was born in Okinawa, Japan, and now calls Florida home. Her family extends from Florida to Virginia. In her free time, she volunteers at Christ Fellowship Church Royal Palm Beach and enjoys paddleboarding with friends.
