  • Credit report - $28.55 (individual); $57.10 (joint report)
  • Follow-up homeownership counseling session - $40 (must register online)
  • Homebuyer education classes:: 
    • In-person - $50 (individual); $80 (couple) (may register/pay online for this class)

  • Mortgage readiness/file packaging  - $150 (must register online)
